I'm not gonna sit here and say Milwaukee is a playoff team, but as a Jazz fan I watched the 2022-2023 Jazz bullshit their way to a 10-3 start because the players hated being written off. Milwaukee is in a similar boat, they traded their star like Utah traded both of theirs, they have onboard talent new and old that has to prove themselves to stick around, and they are complete underdogs, this time with no pick or incentive to lose unlike the 2022-2023 Jazz, I'm going to be making comparisons to that Jazz team though because I feel like it's easiest to describe the way I feel about the Bucks
Herro is an offensive talent, he's not my favorite piece but he wants to prove himself, I think he'll be the offensive leader here. In a lot of ways I could see him taking that leap, albeit not quite as big as the one Lauri took. I expect Rollins to also take a leap again and make for a tough backcourt pairing.
Jaku is a guy who I think may not take a huge leap immediately, but by year 3 of his career I'm expecting him to be a legit piece, and I'm stoked that Milwaukee got him in the deal, same with Ware who I do think takes a big jump this season. Same goes for Jaime.
Without going down the whole roster, I think this team will win a lot of games that they probably aren't favored to, and the good news is they could use that to their advantage by selling off pieces or riding it in hopes of a play-in run. Essentially I just can't count this team out, there aren't actually as many holes on it as people think, they just lack the star talent that they had before

I understand that games are being broadcast via OTA sub channels. In the central WI area that will be on 7.4. Part of the challenge is watching those sub channels is like watching the game through a potato. They cram so many sub channels in that the bandwidth for each one is very limited.
Has there been or will there be a streaming option announced?
Edit: seems that is it OTA only this year, but likely a 1 year thing…. https://www.bizjournals.com/milwaukee/news/2026/08/27/bucks-television-duration.html

Are they waiting for the season to extend Ryan or something? I thought agreeing on a contract extension would’ve been one of the first things they’d want taken care of ahead of the season.

Who do you think are the biggest X-Factor(s) for this season?
There are so many different perspectives for this season and this roster, like who should even be on the team next season versus being traded, who should have the highest usage, and what style of play we're hoping to see, so I think this could make for an interesting discussion.

Jaku looked phenomenal in this 1v1 workout against other rising stars. He had a meh summer league, so I think some Bucks fans don't understand the hype from Miami, but his talent really shines through in this workout.
Our team isn't getting much coverage anymore so you have to search for these workout gems, but a lot of our players have been putting in serious work over the off-season, and I'm really excited to see how the season unfolds.
Some similar workouts to note:
- Rollins working out with Harden, and in Greece with Giannis.
- Ament working out with Egor Denim.
- Ware working out with Hakeem and Wemby.
And those are only ones that we have seen of course. It seems like most of the roster has been in the lab working really hard. This could all just be meaningless in a month if we start out terribly, but gonna drink the koolaid and enjoy the vibes:)

I had it on in the background, but listened when the players came out. It really sounds like everyone is genuinely excited for our roster and coaching squad. We had a modest response from Kuz, but he talked about how the team vibes are immaculate right now. He had never experienced the comradery like this in his NBA career before. Multiple players also talked about professionalism and being on-time, leaders, etc. Just sounds like everyone is going to try to set egos aside and play as a team. The motto from Jenkins is "Compete. Together. Get Better". with multiple player pushing that this is a "building" season rather than a rebuild, they are ready to get out there and compete.
Maybe I am too optimistic, but I am at least excited to watch the the team find their identity.

I'm quite excited tbh, I think we're gonna move forward into a really great situation post-Giannis and be a lot better than we're getting credit for, the goal is to be competitive and to win as many games as we can, everyone seems reasonably locked in and ready to work towards that goal, I don't see why not if a competitive roster is priority no. 1 for the guys.

Im sure most of us had Giannis and Khris jerseys. Probably some Bobby, Holiday, and Brook too.
The only not out of date bucks merch I have is a Myles Turner jersey T shirt but I'm getting a Rollins and Herro jersey to have some nicer stuff.

Dame basically did the same.
Portland did an entire re-build after getting assets for Dame and made the playoffs once again, and then they got Dame back for absolutely nothing.
Can Giannis do the same? There is no legal requirement for Giannis to re-sign with the Heat. What if the Heat don't even make the playoffs? What if Giannis is looking for a new team next off season, and thinks the Bucks might be his bet to protect his legacy?
Would Adam Silver intervene and say no? Would Giannis care if he gets hated for it?

I found this Damien Inglis jersey a few days ago. Can’t imagine there are many of these around considering he played 20 games in his NBA career.
I tried googling his name and Milwaukee Bucks along with Keystone Company but could not find anything. I imagine he must have done an appearance at a corporate event for them or something of the like.
A quick search shows that Keystone Company is a staffing agency in Tosa. Would love to hear if anyone happens to know what the deal with this is.

It’s interesting that they chose to post everyone else but them. I was wondering if it might mean that both of them are being waived or traded. Might be a PR decision but they have always posted them in the past so who knows. It probably doesn’t mean anything but it still caught my eye

Brook's signing is one of those dominos you look back on when you're retracing the steps from when a team won a championship, and it'd be fun to know what everyone thought of it in the moment, I tried google but it doesn't show up.
