Forever Beta Feedback Dungeon XP Nerfs Created a Toxic Meta

Since dungeon monsters do not give any experience, as a new player, getting into dungeons with more veteran players who try to skip half the dungeon feels really bad. And, vice-versa, veterans taking in newbies who don't know how to jump around feels frustrating. I think Blizzard created a mess with nerfing dungeon exp so much and now the new player experience is horrible for dungeons.

Its really put me off doing dungeons if I dont have all the quests too now and feel like ive outleveled them by time I decide to gather the quests up etc.

Stupid change, very little benefit and extremely game changing.

Not really, you can go to the area outside RoL and just ask if people have quests to share, same with RFC and WC and usually you can find someone willing to share.

There is a mountain of people outside RoL always looking for groups.

The benefit is you can get a BIG boost of EXP from running a dungeon once as opposed to running it for hours at a time.

Alliance quests for dungeons come in big quest chains.

But then if you dont get the loot you want you either have to do it over and over for shit exp or just then level.

Also means tanks are harder to find as people only want to do it once.

I don't think Tanks will be an issue. Especially with dual spec. I can easily tank the beta dungeons as Ret with a 2h. Warrior's have classically tanked while dual wielding for threat. Druid tank is a no brainer, especially now that it requires even less investment from talents.

What I see is a lack of healers most often, as healing is a lot less efficient for questing vs tank specs, but this is also supposed to be somewhat addressed with SP on gear along with healing.

That being said, this is early beta and could all change with later dungeons hitting harder and requiring more pure tank specs. Though I don't think this is likely.
