Didn't break the window, probably broke his hand, got embarrassed in front of his woman and then his woman got ko'd stiff. Good job!

Looks like she hit her head pretty hard on the curb on that fall too

It's her own dumbass fault.

Did it hurt the curb?

Yeah it was semi funny until that moment, then it got serious. I don't blame the tall dude for acting the way he did, but hitting the woman was entirely uncalled for. And I hate to say it but she really shouldn't have tried getting in-between them anyway

She was stabbing him with something. This video dropped earlier this summer and she had a weapon which is why he, rightfully, laid her out.

That strengthens my assessment. Two assailants, both armed, justifies lethal force morally, if not legally, based on whether there is a duty to retreat.

2

u/Gnarl96 5h ago

Oh, I didn't notice that. I was half awake when I saw it. That changes thing and she deserved it then.

She didn't try to get in between them, she tried to help beat the guy up.

Actually from the way she was moving her arm I suspect she had a small knife or something and was trying to use that.

Uncalled for? People like you are why they think they can hit a man without repercussions. I guarantee you she will never swing on another human again without the thought of that hook in the back of her mind.

u/fullerofficial 5h ago

She may also not have any further thoughts following this. Justified self defense though, my dude did good.

No thoughts before and no thoughts after. Nothing valuable was lost here, neurons were on vacation since her birth.

She hit him, justified in my view. He's in fight or flight and anything that touches him is a target, full force.

u/bobcatbart 5h ago

Hitting the woman that was hitting him was uncalled for?

They never give accountability to adult woman who initiate violence

She was hitting him like a child. He knocked her out.

If you’re twice as strong as your opponent, you need to think, as it’s easy to cross the line away from reasonable self defence.

Edit to add: I wasn’t defending her, lol. But legally people need to understand that he could go to jail for this.

7

u/DrMindbendersMonocle 5h ago

She was attacking him 2 on 1. If you involve yourself in a fight, don't be shocked when the fight comes to you

9

u/synth_mania 5h ago

That was for her to consider before acting stupid. She's not free from consequences just because she's weak and lacks foresight

2

u/Winter_Apartment_376 4h ago

Sure, but he’s the one risking jail.

-1

u/synth_mania 4h ago

Absolutely not

5

u/DoctorGengar 5h ago

He only hit her enough to stop the threat. When she was down, he didn't hit her anymore. I'm not hitting someone who is hitting me with the intention of matching their energy. That's for the gym. If someone is hitting me in real life, I'm hitting me to make them stop.

4

u/His_Name_Is_Twitler 5h ago

This is correct

1

u/Winter_Apartment_376 4h ago

I am not standing up for her, in case it wasn’t clear.

But I wouldn’t want people in his shoes feeling that they can hit someone, accidentally kill that person and always get away with it.

2

u/DoctorGengar 4h ago

Understandable, but his violence is still proportional. That's the key to staying out of jail.

2

u/Winter_Apartment_376 4h ago

That’s for jury to judge.

Unfortunately, I’ve seen plenty of cases where he would be seen as crossing the proportionality boundary.

Generally, killing a person in response to a slap is not deemed proportional, no matter the intent.

u/DoctorGengar 4h ago

Well, we did just have a case this year where an old woman punched a young man and his response ended up killing her. Charges were dropped. With a video especially he's in the clear. Two against one, he's in the clear. But I wouldn't even see this case making it to a jury unless she died and even then...not a likely conviction and any good prosecutor would know that.

I ran the video via chatgpt out of curiosity.

If the woman died as a result, here’s the likely outcome:

Acquittal: ~30–35%
Manslaughter / other lesser homicide: ~50–55%
Murder: ~10–15%
Other/hung jury: ~5%

If the mosquito dies when I swat it oh well.

3

u/His_Name_Is_Twitler 5h ago

She made it a 2 on 1 fight. She fucked up and in turn got fucked up. This is called equality.

2

u/KiltyMcHaggis 5h ago

Comments throughout this thread say she was stabbing him with a knife. I'd say she got off lightly in that case.

2

u/Phog_of_War 5h ago

She apparently had a small knife according to reports from last year when this happened. So yeah, her getting smoked like that was totally justified imo.

2

u/bobcatbart 5h ago

And if you’re half as strong as the person you initiated a fight with, maybe you should think twice as well.

2

u/wow_that_guys_a_dick 5h ago

Two assailants, one with a crowbar, attacking him. Under those circumstances it was entirely justified, and I would file it under self defense.

2

u/His_Name_Is_Twitler 5h ago

She shouldn’t have tried getting involved… and then she did… so she got hit. This is called equality. If someone wants to get into a fight, it’s their choice. And she made it a 2 on 1 fight.

Bro shes trying to stab him
