Since becoming president again, we've been promised:
-$5000 stimulus checks via "DOGE dividend"
-$2000 stimulus checks via "tariff dividend"
-$1000+ checks via "savings" from expiring ACA subsidies
-$5000 "dividend" if Rs win midterms
No checks have been issued

Gas is over $4 a gallon and new work requirements just dropped for healthcare. Jobs are scarce and wages are dropping while literally everything is more expensive. Housing is a pipe dream for most.
McConnell has been missing for months and still gets Taxpayer funded healthcare and his paychecks are still cashing. The deficit is at a record height along with our ocean temperature. We’re at war with our allies and praising our enemies while abusing our military.
No checks or balances are coming but we will get Project 2025 part 2.

From NYT at Trump's august rally:
"I would pay $10 for a gallon of gas to know that there won’t be a nuclear weapon,” she added. “I’d just work extra shifts. The problem with society is nobody wants to work anymore."
Sic
She reasoned that Mr. Trump must have “more information than I do, and there’s other allies that we’re still trying to appease, to make it be more peaceful and hope for a better ending, and he doesn’t want to kill people.”
Gas prices hurt, she said, “but I’m willing to pay the price.”
“It’s hurting us, but it takes a president that’s going to have the guts to do that, even though it’s hurting him and his political party, because it’s the right thing to do,” said David Lachance, a 59-year-old retired cop from Myrtle Beach.

That actually sums up MAGA perfectly. "I would happily pay $10/gal to know that something won't happen that was never likely to happen under the deal that Trump ripped up but is now a distinct possibility if not inevitability because of Trump ripping up said deal".
At this point Trump could walk up to their house, demolish it then demand that they pay him to rebuild a replacement in a subdivision of the land they previously owned at 4x the value and they'd praise him for his masterful building skills and the moment he got that praise he'd move the fuck on, get a shoddy crew to build a shoddy shack and then sell off the rest of the land that he stole from them. By the end of it all they'd be left with a pitiful shack, a fraction of the land they previously owned AND the builders would have been paid by them rather than by Trump.

My monthly payment on SAVE was $46. My wife's was $110. On Trump's new plan I was about to default into it would have jumped to $1100, and my wife's was going to be $760. We had to get an accountant that specializes in navigating student loans and separate out the way we do taxes and it cost us a bunch of money and hassle, but now her payment is $0, and mine is $490, and we both have to file separately with itemized tax forms now, which is even more hassle. And we had to jump through so many hoops for that, and none of their online calculators were accurate or helpful getting there.
I don't see how that shit was helpful to ANYBODY. It was just spiteful anti-intellectualism. Punishing people for trying to get an education.

This is probably closer to the truth than people can accept. The US is reaching it's debt limit. 6 years of Trump's wild spending and poor economic polices are going to make borrowing harder and harder until they just can't anymore. You can't just destroy your worldwide soft power and alienate all your allies and expect countries to trust that you'll pay the loans when it comes due.
When the US is no longer be able to borrow money the economy will turn to dust. It'll make the inflation of the pandemic look like small potatoes. They are getting seriously panicked and throwing shit at the wall to see what sticks.
The $6B bond buyback was a dismal failure, bond rates are at all time high since just before the 2008 crash. The interest on that $40T debt is climbing and climbing fast. There's a very good reason it failed; the US is currently trying to borrow $10B a day to fewer and fewer buyers. A $6B bond buyback is like firing a BB gun at a charging bear; It's still going to eat you, but you just might have pissed it off even more. The bond market laughed at their pitiful attempt and raised rates even more.
Japan needed cash to be able to buy their own currency to keep it from falling further. The US was forced to buy a bunch of Japanese Yen just so Japan wouldn't start selling off their massive stake of US bonds to fill that need. The end result is the US ended up selling some of their Euro, a currency that holds it's value pretty consistently, to buy up Yen that wildly unstable as of late. The Yen buyback managed to keep the Yen's value stable for the month of August and then it fell off a cliff again. It's a net loss for the US but it keeps the wolves from the door for a little while.

But his party has blamed Biden for the deficit because of granting the second round of stimulus checks that Trump promised.

Jezuz 🇺🇸is cooked.
Pedo running the country and funnelling money to his family.
Speaker of the house running a protection racket for the PEDO.
A clown turning 🇺🇸military into a terrorist organization for PEDO.
A tv station where the CEO stated those within are lying to 🇺🇸 protecting the PEDO.
An ENTIRE political party that has doubled down on standing behind and propping up a PEDO.
BILLIONAIRES raping and pillaging the country while standing up for their fellow PEDO.
A upcoming mid-term election where ICE will be standing at the door intimidating the voters and Musk inside the machines altering the votes.
Now the head PEDO is trying to buy votes from the same people that KNOW they’ll never see a penny.
What the hell is happening?

The pres is a Russian asset. He's purposefully weakening the US in order to help Putin. Or at least to not put up resistance against whatever Putin does.

Since becoming president again, we've been promised:
-$5000 stimulus checks via "DOGE dividend"
-$2000 stimulus checks via "tariff dividend"
-$1000+ checks via "savings" from expiring ACA subsidies
-$5000 "dividend" if Rs win midterms
No checks have been issued

This 5000$ check will look great next to my 5000$ Doge check, my 2000$ tariff refund check, my 10,000$ air traffic controller bonus, the 1000$ kid's account (what is it with sexual perverts and kids, huh?), my 1776$ warrior dividend check...

Let’s pretend this isn’t blatantly illegal for a second.
He’s saying he’ll only do this if Republicans maintain the house and senate. They currently control both of them, so he could do this right now if he wanted to.
But instead of doing it right now, at a time Americans are struggling mightily, he’s going to hold it over heads until he gets something in return.
And Republicans will eat it up.

not only is he lying, but id rather not taint my soul and sellout our country for any amount of money. for american population size of 350,000,000, times 5k is 1.75 trillion. we have enough debt. this guy is a lunatic and is actively destroying the nation. no republican should be standing for this. these nut jobs are trying to destroy the united states in totality. hes going to leave the usa bankrupt and shove his money into foreign bank accounts along with all the other mega rich. we are doomed if we allow him to stay in power. we need to stop this. the trolling game is over, we need to stop this right god damn now.

Let me guess - right after the tarrif checks and doge checks get sent, which will be 2 weeks after he announces his healthcare plan, which will be right after infrastructure week, which is down for 2 weeks after he gets serious with Putin if he doesn't end the war, which will be 2 weeks after...
Yep, right after that he's going to drop $1 trillion on checks to say thank you for voting Republican. Which is totally legal. Totally.
He really does think everyone is stupid, doesn't he?
