I’m a little ashamed to admit it, but this post was how I found out there were female nascar drivers

I’m surprised you haven’t heard of Danica Patrick. She was a big name (though not the best racer) 10ish years ago.

> She was a big name (though not the best racer) 10ish years ago…
To be fair, Danica’s story was SO long ago. She started being a big name in racing over 20 years ago. Her career was more or less winding down and ending around 10 years ago.

When she was doing those Go Daddy commercials, she had peaked and was coming down.

Now it’s vehicle warranty commercials. Next stop are the annual health care insurance commercials with Joe Namath.

Wow that makes me feel old. In my mind she was pretty recent and potentially still racing

I thought she did IndyCar

She was a better Indycar driver. She actually won a race. In NASCAR, she was just a gimmick

u/Useful-Floor 3h ago
She may have, but she mainly did NASCAR

Not to "um actually " you but Danica was an Indycar driver first and was far more successful at it than anything she did in Nascar.

she also truly legitimately believes in the existence of lizard people, so

And believed that Aaron Rogers was a decent human

I'd guess that the Venn Diagram of people who believe in lizard people and who think Aaron is a good dude is very close to a circle.
The ones not in the middle probably think he's bad because he's a lizard person.

In case anyone would prefer a link to an actual news source, as opposed to that AI-based content farm in the OP:

Thank you. This article contradicts itself though. It says charges must be filed within 3 years of the last act. It then says the case was filed 3 years after the divorce.
I’m assuming, but the last act that led to the divorce probably happened prior to the divorce. Which would put it past the statute of limitations.

This is because of that same NC law that's ensnaring a former female U.S. Senator from Arizona.
Despite she never stepping foot in NC, the person on the receiving end of her steamy electronic comms lived in NC which led to the end of his marriage.
Wild times indeed.

Kyrsten Sinema is a predator. Normally I blame the person who was married. But he had a TBI and was suffering from PTSD. She was his boss and talked him into taking Psilocybin (guided by her).
Just this past week, he trashed her house and ended up in inpatient for mental health issues.

She could be sued in NC because she texted him about the affair when she knew he was in NC. Yeah, she's not physically in the state, but that definitely would qualify as interference in the state. No different than if an seller in Arizona scammed someone in NC out of money they should be liable within NC.

Does this type suit only happen to women?!

kinda. keep in mind the law was written during a time where all spousal support was punitive. https://www.divorceminnesota.com/blog/2018/02/what-is-the-history-of-alimony/
long history that is born out of the purantical system. saying all this reading about everything this lady is a preadtor. He was her employee with almost a direct supervision role, he had/has a traumatic brain injury, ptsd, and at one point conviced him to do magic mushrooms, then slept with him.
this law is fucked up but fuck this lady. cant feel empathy for her.

I find it funny that the person the husband chose to sleep with besides his wife can be sued. That's fucking hilarious, your husband willing made a choice to step out on you and somehow its the other woman's fault. I mean it's just as bad as if someone breaks into your house and gets injured while committing a felony can turn around and sue you for their injuries. This country is so ass backwards on some laws

this goes back to when all divorce settlements where punitive. in this case she seems to actually be a preadter. she was his boss, he had a traumatic brain injury, and slept with him after pressuring him into doing magic mushrooms.

Predator?

u/pichuguy27 1h ago
She had a position of power over some one with a traumatic brain injury, PTSD, pressured him into doing drugs then slept with him. That is a imbalance of power and coercion.

No, I’m telling you that you spelled ‘predator’ wrong.
You think I want to get into a discussion of that train wreck? LOL

What a red headed harlot!
I’ll bet those voluptuous lips and hips with that desirous wanton stare was just too much for that poor poor defenseless man. HOW DARE SHE DEFILE THE HOLY MATRIMONIOUS BLISS of this lovely god fearing couple. There was nothing they possibly could do when confronted with that beautiful pale skinned lust filled ginger.

Bc in North Carolina you can sue the person your spouse is having an affair with, but you have to have an entire year of separation to divorce your abusive ass of a husband. The NCGOP hates women and always has.

That reminds me, whatever happened to Steve Smith and his affair? Iirc he was being sued like this too.

I'm sorry, what? Does the man not have any agency in this? Why is she being punished for his actions?

Why her? Make him pay.

u/Other-Cap-9340 1h ago
Allianation of affection! Had she not engaged in the affair knowing he was married, they may still be married.
