News Steph scored 60 against the Hawks on Feb 3, 2024
I'm not Jack Smith but holy cow I wish I'd been there. I'm sure that in years to come there are fans who'll lie and say they were there that night.

According to the last DubsTalk, Bonta Hill said all the players kept bringing it up to him how fast BWilliams is - how he was outrunning all of them in San Diego.
Haven't seen that covered elsewhere, and we need this kind of speed. Def. not a typical point guard, but the balance of speed against the 3 is really interesting.

LAIE, Hawaii — The entirety of the Golden State Warriors’ 2026-27 season hinges on Stephen Curry’s right knee. After playing in just 43 games last season, largely due to continued soreness in that knee, Curry, his training staff and the Warriors training staff spent the offseason putting together a plan to help the 38-year-old stay on the floor more this season.
The early signs are positive for the four-time NBA champion. After finishing his first training camp practice Tuesday afternoon on the BYU-Hawaii campus, Curry ended his regular post-practice shooting routine the same way he usually does when he’s feeling particularly good: with a dunk. However, this particular session officially closed with a dunk that came after he missed his first three attempts. After throwing down the final one, he received some good-natured cheers from teammates and coaches on the floor.
It was a positive sequence for a Warriors team that will be watching the superstar’s every move even more closely than usual this season. It was also a solid sign for Curry, who is optimistic that better days with his knee lie ahead.

After three straight seasons in the Play-In tournament, the Warriors’ championship reputation has devolved into playoff skepticism.
Not for Steph Curry.
“This is home. This is what we’ve built,” said Curry, who agreed to a two-year, $116 million extension last week.

It was pretty clear last season how much he was costing the team the more he played. I don't think they have to totally get him out of the lineup but hopefully they've learned from the previous mistakes and have a plan to work around it. I will go nuts if we have to see more Draymond being a liability on offense and being the reason the Warriors are held back again.

Trade him for Myles Turner. KP has only 4 million dollars guaranteed next year, Myles has a long contract and Bucks want out of it. KP allows the bucks to get off Myles's deal. Maybe u throw in a second or two. Despite the 6million dollar contract difference, the trade actually works as a straight swap because the warriors have apron room.
Myles is like 85 percent as good as Healthy KP, but he actually plays. And he fits the Warriors needs. Would pair very well with Draymond and the 5 out offense they've been talking about.
I know it doesn't fix everything but it wouldn't cost much and once again, he ACTUALLY plays.

Mike just announced that Porzingis will be out indefinitely with an unspecified health issue. Anymore bad news to start the season?
