I think the whole thing is a joke, the stereotyped french guy with the beret and mustache and the name that translates to cheese from the french, the fact that americans dont eat 90 pounds of cheese a day, the fact that these dont even look like american cheese, they look like colby, cheddar, mozz, and monterey maybe

I just see blocks of regular cheddar, is that not a "real" cheese? I didn't really understand .
