Pretty sure its cheddar in the picture tho, its whole blocks not slices, and a few of the sides have that look from when you split a block of cheddar because of how it crumbles.
That colour milk fat doesn’t count as cheese … if it would be “older”, like matured cheddar, not coloured to the insanity, then yeah, but in the US nobody would buy something like this, so there is mostly coloured milk fat gum lol.
If it doesn’t smell like death, it is not a good cheese!!!
