Tsaritsa is 2 months away (presumably). The fan base is already in the process of blooming.

And genshin has done a really good job of creating future hype. Rhinedottir is one of multiple characters this statement could be made for.

God, don't remind me how far away she is. I barely scraped 90 wishes and a guarantee. Grinding away until then, I'm planning on nabbing Danica too if they try to double wammy us again.

Really? I thought Hydro was more likely. But that's more so because of Naberius and her blue color scheme.
