Um he publicly meddled in the elections when he offered to pay people to vote on twitter and then he did it. It's a public record and people were calling it out in real time.

In multiple states.

573

u/vitalvisionary Connecticut 28d ago

He got off in at least one state since he didn't pay anyone

423

u/Demigeek 28d ago edited 28d ago

Didn't his lawyers argue in court that they didn't pay for votes because the "random winners" were planted in advance?

Edit for clarity: They preselected people who aligned with their message, and even though they advertised it as paying a random lottery for votes, told the court they were really paying for their services as spokespersons for their political views.

347

u/eeyore134 28d ago

They argued that what he did wasn't a lottery, that it was fraud. Just enough to kick the can down the road, cheat Trump in, and make it all disappear.

198

u/hedoeswhathewants 28d ago

Aside from the obvious ridiculousness of the argument, this is also like saying "sure, I told the hitman I'd pay him to kill that guy, but I never actually paid him the money so it's not murder, it's just fraud"

It's absolutely meddling to anyone with an ounce of common sense

21

- You have to separate the criminal me from the regular me.

- when I said those words “I want ____”, It was for entertainment. Not to be taken literal.

- I didn’t steal anything, I said they were mine in my head before I left the store.

These are real arguments used by the administration. I’m sure there are a shit ton more examples.

17

u/AvidCyclist250 28d ago

Didn't his lawyers argue in court that they didn't pay for votes because the "random winners" were planted in advance?

How dumb is that defence though. It's not what matters here. It's that voters believed they'd get the money or not?

Not only that but data harvesting and using that to run fake ads that look like her campaign but on issues they knew people would avoid voting her on. So in one swing seat i remember reports said something like him and a company ran pro-Isreal ads in Muslim populated areas, pro Palestine ads to Jewish populated areas. Cambridge Analytica stuff

Elon couldn't get an invite to Epstein island.

Even pedophiles think he's weird.

39

To be 100% clear, Musk asked for an invite AFTER (because) it was publicly revealed to be full of pedos raping children. That is specifically what he was responding to.

they are BORED. having zero things you cant purchase and play with makes for a shit existence. humans at their best produce something. art, science, gives them a sense of purpose. when you take that away because you can literally just purchase anything you want and have it with no work, you need something else for that dopamine hit. theres no sense of accomplishment. so money accrual becomes their dopamine. that quickly runs out because it becomes its own machine you dont have to do anything with. so now you need something to work for or get something other people dont have. like sexual assault on children. when you cant get invited to that island because your that toxic, you start finding other groups to fuck with. those people have moved on to fucking whole countries for sport. im with this guy, shrooms are at least an escape from this hellscape the rich boys are foisting on us all. we are not far from that matt damon movie Elysium. rich twats in space station living it up while we fight to not die in the desert they leave us.

26

u/Polantaris Illinois 28d ago

It's crazy because all of the things that give the rest of us satisfaction they cheat at and then wonder why they're bored with existence.

Gaming? Paid accounts.

Sciences? Pay someone else to figure it out.

Business? Pay your own company to increase your own stock.

They can't do shit legitimately but then do horrible things out of boredom.

And like you said, there's literally no need for it. Just their pathological want for number go up. "If he loses, I'm f—ed," Musk told Tucker Carlson of the Republican nominee in an interview broadcast on X.

"How long do you think my prison sentence is going to be?" the world's richest man quipped. "Will I see my children? I don't know."

688

u/Dysc Louisiana 28d ago

Musk ended up with a black eye when Bessent clocked him right in the face, allegedly, during the early days of pretending to be a shadow president, so the kid wasn't doing his job. Plus Grimes was putting out an S.O.S. on twitter to help get Musk's attention to return her son. The human shield kid was more trouble than he was worth apparently.

"Return her son" makes it sound like he's a Blockbuster movie rental.

Which, to be fair, is probably how Elon sees him 🤣

225

u/Dysc Louisiana 28d ago edited 28d ago

He named his kid "X" (and some nonsensical characters) which is a letter he is obsessed with. He cares more about the letter X than any of his children. I don't gamble, but if I did, this is a safe bet.

The only other person who may be as obsessed with the letter X as much as Musk is Count von Count from Sesame Street, who is a hand puppet.

Edit: It's probably for the best that his kids have an absentee father; rather than, getting ketamine fueled lessons from an obsessive compulsive man with a giga ego.

160

u/HeadfulOfSugar 28d ago

Musk also started an online bank called X.com, before it merged with Cofinity to create PayPal, which he tried very hard to keep as X.com, & then X-PayPal. Executives kept pushing against him, because every focus group they ran it with reported that overwhelmingly people assumed it was a pornography adjacent site, but he would simply not let up. It genuinely played a small role in the boardroom coup that replaced him with Peter Thiel lmao. A decade later he fought to get the X.com trademark back & succeeded. Then he threw it into SpaceX, Twitter (X), X Corp., xAI, & his literal child, as well as a daughter they named Exa (her nickname is Y though?)

There’s also the Tesla Model X, which as part of the lineup appeared with the model S, 3, & Y (S3XY), because the model E was already patented. Dudes just a freak & I’m not unconvinced it’s genuinely porn related somehow lol

110

u/DrunkTWrecks 28d ago

It’s because it’s real easy to turn an X into a swastika

117

u/vandreulv 28d ago

You're not far off.

His father is a notorious white supremacist. Musk himself has shown those tendencies as well.

The Cybertruck design is directly lifted from the best scoring design of an old Apple II game for designing cars. He's a "geek" from the days of DOS where the characters usable were all within the ASCII table.

X is 88 in Decimal.

Plus he was going around dry snitching his dad out for stealing the election. And telling us Trump wasn't the real president(which duh, it's whoever the last person in his ear is the president).

52

u/TimSylvester_ 28d ago

I thought that it was Miller who clocked him when he tried to bang Miller's wife.

But then again Miller'd probably be into watching.

And Musk's dick hasn't worked since he got it butchered in a failed enlargement surgery.

Was that before or after Musk had multiple other gender affirming surgeries and started taking hormones to better represent his preferred gender identity?

44

u/Dysc Louisiana 28d ago

There was a speculation when Musk showed up as pretend shadow president in the Oval Office wearing his dark, gothic MAGA hat and sporting his black eye. Either way, the cover story that his tiny, five year-old son, X Æ A-Xii, hit Musk in the face while 'horsing' around fell very flat. Musk had not made a lot of friends in the admin and Bessent can't stand him according to reports. Musk supposedly insulted him over a "policy" argument and that set him off. Even Trump eventually kicked this annoying man to the curb.

All this took place after his botched penis surgery.

15

u/RealHooman2187 28d ago

Miller strikes me as the kind of guy who would scratch and bite if he got into a fight and if that didn’t work would resort to pissing and shitting himself in order to gross out his opponent and “win”. I don’t think he has the balls to punch anyone. Much less a doughy Elon Musk.

Then Trump bragged that he would have lost Pennsylvania if Musk “with his knowledge of election computers” hadn’t fixed it for him, and Elon, cheeky monkey that he is, wore a “Tech Support” shirt to the White House as an acknowledgement of what he did. Media, owned by oligarchs including Musk himself, pretended that didn’t happen.

Then Musk stole the data of all American citizens for his own profit, had teenagers use AI to stop cancer trials, declared mission accomplished, and left, after becoming singularly responsible for the deaths of 700,00 to a million people, while actually costing tax payers more than he saved.

Plus, you know, whatever this article is about. Fake bribes to voters, I assume.

Republicans are so vile that they cannot get decent people to vote for them, so they cheat.

Plus, you know, whatever this article is about. Fake bribes to voters, I assume.

It's so much deeper than that and I hate how the article didn't do an actual deep dive into all of this. The quote you mentioned above is actually "Elon knows more about those vote counting computers than anybody and we won Pennsylvania by a landslide!"

Verifiable Fact: Elon and Epstein were looking for NSA-level mathematicians for wavelet analysis, it's in the Epstein files.

Verifiable Fact: The UPS power/backup systems the vote counting machines use is made by a company run by a die hard conservative. Those battery backups actually have a modem inside of them used to update firmware. That modem allows for a DTC/direct to cel connection (like to a starlink sattelite)

Verifiable Fact: Some election officials stole the source code of one of the voting machines and leaked it on the dark web, they went to prison for this. Leaking it on the dark web makes it hard to trace who they were trying to actually give the info to. Elon also hired a 19 year old who won a hacking competition

Verifiable Fact: Elon said the vote counting computers were too easy to hack

Here's a video of Trump saying they rigged the election and he won

Kait Justice did an AMAZING writeup about all of this on her substack. It's well worth the read if you have the time, and she brings receipts.

There's no fucking way Trump was the first person to win every single swing state in nearly half a century. There's no way 88 blue counties flipped to red, meanwhile 0 counties flipped the other way. There's no way counties in some of those swing states had up to 10% bullet ballots whereas the average is usually 1%-2% or so.

28

u/MadAstrid 28d ago

I have not one issue with what you have written and in fact am in a situation where in some cases I did not need your sources to know what you wrote is true.

No one wants to hear it. No one wants to believe it.

I stick with the admissions that the traitors make publicly in hopes that people will actually care and start paying attention.

19

u/SatinSaffron Washington 28d ago

No one wants to hear it. No one wants to believe it.

And you know on one hand I can kind of understand that. If you're just everyday John Doe going through life, not really up to date on politics, and someone presented all of this info to you then you would seem like a crazy conspiracy theorist. Hell there's tons of people in the comments of this post that are saying it's all a big conspiracy.

But like you said, they have openly admitted to it and bragged about it. Last year during their feud, Elon tweeted out that Trump would have lost the 2024 election without him. And we all know Elon's goofy ass campaign chainsaw dancing wasn't exactly tipping the scales in Trump's favor.

13

u/MadAstrid 28d ago

I often interact with people younger than I am who are less fortunate than I am financially who roll their eyes at an older, financially comfortable white woman who is “all riled up” about politics.

I do all I can to help them understand that it is them, before me, that is getting screwed. That I have tax shelters that are intentionally kept from them. That if they don’t care, their bosses and landlords sure do and they aren’t voting in a way that benefits employees and tenants. That the fact that they haven’t gotten a raise in years, that they don’t have healthcare has a lot to do with them not being up to date in politics. That they can’t take a day off when they need has a lot to do with politics they claim that they don’t care about.

I tell them that the system benefits me, because it does. But if they are voting for trickle down economics and higher taxes for themselves, or not voting at all, it isn’t going to get them to where I am. They are going to have to start caring and paying attention.

DOGE uploaded the entire social security database to a third party website and sent it to a GOP voter suppression group (most likely True The Vote).   They admitted to it under oath as part of a court case, you can read the court transcript.  It was reported in the mainstream media (I think Washington post, NYT) at the time.

I am somewhat happy that smart people saw the proof that the financial markets are rigged. r/wallstreetbets showed you all that. No risk, lots of bailouts, and connections get you protection.

I am somewhat happy that smart people saw the proof that the US Legal System is rigged. The wealthy are protected, but not bound by the law. No prison. Ever. No matter how awful the crime. Some exceptions based on skin color and gender. Some.

The entire US is a bad joke.

PS: There are only a couple million smart people. All the rest still think USA #1 wonderful.

40

u/Fadedcamo 28d ago

Like try to think about it I challenge people. Try to honestly picture someone powerful going to prison. Like real actual prison. Imagine Elon musk being in court, in handcuffs, in an orange jumpsuit, in a tiny prison cell in a secure federal prison.

Its such an impossible image it strains credulity. Our brains shut down at the idea of it occuring over ANY crime. Nothing would be great enough for this reality to occur. Its insane that is the way it is for certain class of people.

16

u/Mekisteus 28d ago

It can happen if they piss off enough other powerful people, like Bernie Madoff did. But that's the exception.

So other than powerful people who steal from more powerful people like Madoff, who is the most powerful person in recent US history who was busted for a crime, sentenced, and served time? Martha Stewart? If so that might be the upper limit of the reach of the "justice" system.

9

u/TrulyOutrageous42 28d ago edited 28d ago

Likely Paul Manafort. Granted, he got pardoned, but he was busted, perp walked, convicted, sentenced, and served time before the pardon. We were so close to getting Roger Stone imprisoned after his fuckery with Nixon, his involvement in the Brooks Brothers Riot to unlawfully install Bush 2, and then he was set to go to prison after being convicted by a jury on witness tampering, obstruction, and false statements before being pardoned.

Stone then took that as a sense of immunity and engaged in a national-level conspiracy to defraud the United States through the false Electoral Vote scheme at the same time as organizing paramilitary presence in VA during the Jan 6th insurrection. He was specifically there with armed white supremacists in order to institute control if they succeeded or fight with violent force if anything tried to stop them. We're lucky MAGA is lazy as shit and gave up after a couple hours of roaming around the Capitol, and that PotUS et al were aiming for plausible deniability or else it would have been directed by them and succeeded.

People REALLY need to start putting all the pieces together, between 62 lawsuits with zero evidence (effectively contempt of court), calling Georgia to find votes, Pro V&V switching major code without reporting it, his and Musk's comments, Republican access to voting machines they should have been prosecuted for taking the data (code for how it works) from... it was a fucking coup, plain as day.

→ More replies (3)

10

u/StrangeContest4 28d ago

I honestly pictured tRump in that exact scenario after Jan 6th. The dice were cast, indictments were brought, raids took place, mugshots were taken. The evidence was irrefutable and the different cases would've slam dunks if they were given their time in in the courts... so I naively and mistakenly thought!

It is INSANE that it is the way it is for a certain Epstein class of people. Justice was always just a mirage, a fantasy, and a lie.

1.5k

u/crimson117 America 28d ago

I can't believe no one ever followed up on that

Trump specifically mentioned "vote counting machines" and Elons expertise with them.

And this is after he basically stopped campaigning, and told people he doesn't need their votes, while Kamala was filling every rally with high energy crowds.

Then Trump magically won every swing state with a healthy margin.

There's no way he hasn't hacked the vote counting / tallying machines.

And the thing he can't hack is mail in votes, because there's an auditable paper trail, which caught him off guard in 2020. Which is why he's hellbent on suppressing mail in voting this midterm election.

629

u/Zakuroenosakura 28d ago

I mean, there's an ongoing suit over the machines 45% of the country uses getting a mysteriously large update marked erroniously as minor like a week before the election that nobody has any logs pertaining to what it actually changed. Kind of wild the news hasn't been harping on that...

To combine my replies to both crimson117 above:

And your...

Most of them just... Gave up

The thing I always come back to is, on January 6th, Boebert publicly announcing the whereabouts and movements of government officials to an actively hostile mob that was engaged in violence against security forces and was openly calling for the execution of government personnel.

People have been charged with treason for so much less, but when called in front of a committee under a Democrat President, all those involved just repeated "I don't recall," or "I don't remember," until everyone shrugged their shoulders and went, "oh well, we tried."

It should be pretty obvious by now between January 6th, the 2024 election, and Epstein that the US government is not interested in accountability, regardless of who's in charge.

hell this quote on the article

Elon Musk appeared unusually certain about the outcome of the 2024 presidential election before the results came in, according to a new documentary.

The bombshell claim comes from the mother of one of Elon Musk’s (many) children, Ashley St. Clair, who alleged in a forthcoming documentary that the Tesla tycoon had a “degree of certainty” about the 2024 election results before they came in that “I had never seen before.”

“He had told me [before the election] he was going to unleash the ‘anomaly in the matrix,’ ” St. Clair says in championed documentarist Alex Gibney’s film, Musk, which was previewed by The Hollywood Reporter.

I knew of these statements already, from like a month or two ago? these were already public record, like in some streamer who got her on his podcast.

I'm getting kinda pissed that somehow these statements needed to be legitimized in a documantary for news outlets to pick up on it....

107

u/colinjcole 28d ago

On the 2024 election night, Musk's young son, who was CLEARLY quoting something he heard an adult say, kept saying "they'll never know" during one of Musk's live interviews.

Elon Musk appeared unusually certain about the outcome of the 2024 presidential election before the results came in, according to a new documentary.

What struck me as odd was when Tim Scott was asked on Meet the Press whether he would accept the results of the 2024 election if Harris won, said "this issue is not an issue, at the end of the day, the 47th president of the United States will be President Donald Trump".

He refused to accept that it was even a possibility that Trump would not win, despite the fact that Trump lost the 2020 election by the greatest margin in history, was credibly accused of numerous crimes against the state during and after his term, was convicted on 34 felony counts of fraud, and directed his supporters to literally attack the capitol on Jan 6th 2021. With all that going against them, for some reason literally everyone in Trump's orbit was 100% certain Trump would win, yet no one thought that was at all weird.

I mean, theres a ton of really sketchy election related shit for Musk. Between Trump's "he knows those election computers" and Musk's kid bragging about "they'll never know" to Tucker Carlson, there's a lot of questions left unanswered. He even tweeted about congressional seat numbers as well when him and Trump were fighting.

Without me, Trump would have lost the election, Dems would control the House and the Republicans would be 51-49 in the Senate.

38

u/SatinSaffron Washington 28d ago

Elon and Epstein were actively looking for NSA-level mathematicians. The vote counting computers had a battery backup device that had a modem in it. This modem allowed for DTC/direct-to-cel connection with starlink satellites. The company that makes the battery backups is run by a die hard conservative. People went to prison for stealing the source code of voting machines.

This writeup lays it all out and comes with receipts for just about every single claim that's made in here. Those receipts are all public record, like emails found in the Epstein files or public arrest records. https://kaitjustice.substack.com/p/how-america-detects-election-fraud-musk-epstein-files

The statistics are out there and I’ve seen the report. The vast number of anomalies that only presented in critical swing state districts, where there are observable spikes in the number of voters who voted Trump at top and Democrats down ballot.. it’s there for any upstanding justice dept to look at.

I’ve said it 100times and I’ll say it again.

It’s about to get so.damn.ugly. The amount of chaos and sensationalist news updates are going to absolutely blow up. The absolute bloodbath of prosecutions that is bound to ensue when the next Democrat president and Congress take control.. will make the Nuremberg Trials look like an episode of Judge Judy.

I only pray that the maximum amount of justice possible is achieved because there’s no amount of criminal convictions can truly account for the damage this whole Trump 2.0 presidency has caused the world and the country.
