If you're sick with the state of Unreal Engine 5 optimization on PC for 99% of games which are using it, I worked hard for over 2 years directly testing over 60 games and collecting feedback from over 1.7 million users to create an "Universal" set of tweaks to improve UE performance, stability, latency and even visual clarity all at the same time, for all UE5/4 games.

Have a look here (where you can also find Before/After visual comparisons, measurements, benchmarks and the complete description/analysis of the mod itself):
UET - Universal Ultimate Engine Tweaks (Anti-Stutters - More Performance - Lower Latency - Better Clarity - Lossless) at Modding Tools - Nexus Mods

And, oh, it's FREE :)
(but please at least Endorse, Comment and Share if you found it useful for you!)

Enjoy!

It is a supplementary conversion. The 12VHPWR connector is still used but the individual conductor current and temperature is dramatically reduced. I've got a whole lot of test data coming soon.

Edit to add: There is a pickup PCB soldered to the contacts for the original 12VHPWR header and that feeds the auxiliary dual 8 pin board. The power draw and temperature across all conductors is substantially lower, about ~3A. The card was running full load for 48 hours at 550W and the wires never crossed 40c even at the joint. It is three cables total.

No DLSS5. Max settings, 3840x1600, DLSS Quality, frame gen set to 1 in game settings, Path Tracing enabled.

Doesn't happen all the time, but sometimes saw it jumping well beyond 600W for a brief moment.

Just sitting there playing a game, all of a sudden I hear a loud crack and this popped up on my screen. The room was hotter than usual so I fear that might be the case. This happened to anyone else?

I want to play games like Unreal Tournament 2004 or Quake 3 and maybe a little game of Counter-Strike Source from time to time

Can't wait to start building it!!!!

This is replacing my last PC lost in a fire that was a ryzen 5 3600x, evga 3070 ftw3 ultra, wd black sn 7100 2tb, corsair vengeance pro rgb 32gb, msi x570 gaming edge wifi, and a evga 850 bs.

the metal part in the middle, between my butt and the chair pole - which I really hope never ends up in my ass - has completely broken in half after a few years.

Because of this, the chair can now tilt much more. So whenever I sit down, I basically end up leaning forward or to the side at a completely fucked-up angle.

looking for a new one now :(
